This book has been a long time coming. It was originally planned as a final output of the DEPtH project funded by the AHRC/EPSRC funded Designing for the 21st Century Initiative, but it kept growing and evolving! Technology has changed since that first inception, but the fundamentals of physicality have not. Even on the digital side the main concepts are long-lasting, but the particular products and detailed technology are in constant flux, so we will try to use this website to post new things.
